Listening college sports radio last night and they said that the Acc and Pac 12 didn't sign a single 5 star in this cycle. Wow.

5 and 4 star players. Now we sign only 4 and 3 star players. We'll never make it back to the top that way.

Actually, now that I'm looking at the player rankings, Josh Petty (GT), Amare Adams (Clemson), and Linkon Cure (Kansas State) are all ranked 5* according to at least one recruiting service.

This past seasons roster only had 3 Rivals 5 stars on it. Klubnik, Leigh, and Woods. During the playoff run teams Clemson had between 10 and 15 five stars on many of those rosters. Get busy living or get busy dying, that's ####### right!

Because every single 5* recruit are basically already Free Agents looking for the $$$. That's the only recruiting pitch now for them

It's a pretty easy sell too. There are others great schools, they will be playing with other great players, and they can get 100's if thousands of dollars while they are at it. Then those schools can throw all of that how much they care stuff in as well. It's pretty simple. You almost have to wonder why the recruits wouldn't take it.

Amare Adams is listed as a 5 star by 247 sports. Composite is a 4 star. Not sure of the difference

I would not pay what others are paying except for QB. i think for QB, you are going to need to pay that position.

The Pac 12 is two teams and neither one of them ever contended for 5-stars, so idk why they'd even mention them. That conference is dead. But it's definitely surprising considering how Miami has recruited forever, how Clemson has recruited for a decade, and FSU had a bad year but they always recruit well too.

We use to sign nothing but 4 and 5 star studs but that was when dabo was on his a game. Now dabo is happy w 3 star diamonds in the rough. My how things have changed.
