that she is an elected official and can only be removed via impeachment. Apparently, the KY house/senate (unsure which would own it) is out of term for a few months and therefore she cannot be removed.
They could call a special session of congress to do it, but that would cost considerable $, apparently.

Apparently she acquired her beliefs recently with husband #4. So her divorces appear to have occured while she was still a heathen.

Hey, she didn't used to believe in the sanctity of marriage, but now she does. Well, the right thing to do is to show tolerance for whatever personal values she chooses for her own life.
Too bad she won't extend the same courtesy to others.
