I wondered the same thing and discovered...

that she is an elected official and can only be removed via impeachment. Apparently, the KY house/senate (unsure which would own it) is out of term for a few months and therefore she cannot be removed.

They could call a special session of congress to do it, but that would cost considerable $, apparently.

Fight the power!***

Falsehood flies, and truth comes limping after it, so that when men come to be undeceived, it is too late; the jest is over, and the tale hath had its effect: like a man, who hath thought of a good repartee when the discourse is changed, or the company parted; or like a physician, who hath found out an infallible medicine, after the patient is dead.

It'll be interesting to see if she holds out

Sep 1, 2015, 3:01 PM

until she is impeached, or whatever. I bet she wouldn't have any trouble finding a new job. A Go Fund Me would easily knock out any fines imposed on her, and then some.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

She'll probably be sued as well...

Sep 1, 2015, 4:25 PM

Go Fund Me pay for that too?

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

I dunno. Probably.***

The best part

Sep 1, 2015, 9:39 PM

is that she's gotten three divorces.

Sanctity of marriage, LOL.

Someone left off the very best part. She is a democrat.

I thought only far right republicans engaged in bigotry ;)

To be fair...

Sep 2, 2015, 9:02 AM [ in reply to The best part ]

Apparently she acquired her beliefs recently with husband #4. So her divorces appear to have occured while she was still a heathen.

That's a fair point.

Sep 2, 2015, 9:18 AM

Hey, she didn't used to believe in the sanctity of marriage, but now she does. Well, the right thing to do is to show tolerance for whatever personal values she chooses for her own life.

Too bad she won't extend the same courtesy to others.
