At what point do you stop classifying him as a good 3-pt shooter?
Louisville has no bigs and foul trouble all over the place. It makes no sense for Hall to be hoisting 3s.

Problem is Hall is only shooting 25%from 3 for the year. That is not exactly good shooting more like mediocre shooting.

Girard is the guy that should keep shooting 3s for the reason you stated. PJ should be taking 2-3, or maybe 4 a game tops.

rebounding is the same thing as a turnover. But nobody on this staff seems to blink an eye after 5 turnovers by PJ. At this point, pull him to the side and kindly shut it down.
I know we’re winning.
But just like I remind my kids to look both ways every time we cross a street, it’s the muscle memory that needs to be reinforced in games like this. Then, when we hit a wall — UNC — they might know what to do.

Sure, missed shots aren’t turnovers. But taking low pct shots consistently when you’re cold and no one angling for rebounds has the same net effect. At least when you’re PJ’s size you have an option to 2-3 steps in and try to draw a foul. Lose last few just look like him chucking it up.
