Others discriminate against them for having tattoos or piercings, I say live and let live. When tastefully and discretely done, they don't bother me. But like when I see a car pimped up, if done to an extreme, like "look at me" kind of extreme, I always wonder if they have some mental/psychological issues.

folks make with their own lives is what freedom is all about and no one should be upset when it is them who are on the side being judged (fairly or unfairly). Which is why smart folks don't memorialize forever their poor choices for all to see. ??
