I'm surprised it's the first you have heard of it, it is into it's 4th week now.

It's fun, especially if a match is close like last night was. It's not golf, it's just sim golf, which is all it is trying to be. It's entertaining on a monday or tuesday night in these winter months.

Plus I hope the shot clock is something they can carry over to regular golf somehow.... although I doubt it.

TGL is just fun for the players and fans in the building and on the tube. We don't get a chance to see the "real" guys that are playing and it is fun hearing them. I will probably not watch an entire match, but last night with Rory, Tiger and Tom Kim was pretty good.

It could be entertaining if the players were more charismatic, but their running dialog is just kinda boring. Tiger for example is one of the greatest golfers ever but one of the worst mic'ed up golfers. He's too competitive and all he's focused on is the next shot. Right now it's just filler for sports fans who don't watch basketball or hockey.
