Money money money ….. I dislike going to, through or around the concrete jungle once known as sleepy Clemson, SC. Developers have done a number on a once beautiful campus. Money ain’t everything-never replace the land we gave up for money.

My guess is the Paw's building will be bulldozed for a Starbucks. The horror if the students living in those luxury apartments can't get their capuchino or Latte before class.
