You try and play an ordered and packed defense forcing the other team to get frustrated and you hope to counter when they get out of position. THey have almost no chance of winning a possession game with the pressure we can turn on, but if you have the ability to absorb the pressure it can can potentially cause 1 or 2 chances against the run of play.

See my comment in the other thread where they forced us to play it back to goalkeeper but instead of putting pressure on us they all retreated to their side of the field.
