Steve Spurrier indicated in his Sunday conference call that

Nov 17, 2014, 12:25 PM

10 years at one school is what an AD should be looking for when he hires a new coach.

Spurrier is in his 10th season at S. Carolina.

Spurrier has been drunk so long he's lost track of time.***

SC fan here…

I think Spurrier is done after this year.

Spurrier leaving after the season is over wouldn't surprise me in the least if he hung the sixth loss in a row on Dabo and marched off into history having won his last six games against Clemson.

Carolina fans would enshrine him forever (as they should).

If Clemson wins the Scar game, Steve would be 6-4 vs CU

I think 6-4 would still be the best winning record ever recorded by a Gamecock coach over Clemson.

SC fan-really? Highly doubtful, but even if true, why post that opinion on this forum? Bet you kiss a** in a number of other areas of life as well. C'est la vie.

Why would any Coot post anything on this forum ? No reason to set yourself up to be ridiculed and disrespected.
Coots can get that type of treatment from any of the SEC fanbases .

Don't read anything into it - SOS has an uncle (95 y.o.) that recently fathered triplets. SOS's wife will not tolerate him hanging around the house. He's an old stiff-necked Scots-Irish Presbyterian from the hill country - tough. He'll coach at Carolina for 'bout another 10 years.

I hope so. Next year will be worse than this one. 3-5 n sec***
