SOME CLARIFICATION OF LATE NIGHT THOUGHTS I SHARED

I wanted to take a brief moment to review some content on my thoughts shared so I don't create or cause any confusion.
LINK FOR REFERENCE: https://www.tigernet.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=2365867
More expressly, I wanted to clarify this portion of my testimony:
"EXPERIENCE 2 PERSONAL INTERPRETATION Even those who believe are not exempt from damnation should they choose a sinful path. To my own understanding, blood atonement does not automatically absolve our guilt or punishment, but rather validates our repentance. For without the blood of Christ, our repentance is counted as worthless in the sight of the Almighty. However, full and total repentance is still required to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. After all, not only was I a believer, but the man on the table was a believer as well and was a clergyman for God.
SCRIPTURES TO SUPPORT THIS Matthew 7:11 Matthew 7:17-19 Matthew 7:21-23 Matthew 8:12-13 Matthew 22:8-14 (IMPORTANT) Matthew 25"
1. I am not saying that a person can lose their salvation. I am saying that belief in Christ alone in not enough to save a man from eternal condemnation. In John 14:15-31 Christ says,
15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever;17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.19 Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.22 Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world?23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.25 These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you.26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.29 And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe.30 Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.31 But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.
In the scriptures from The Book of Matthew provided in that post, Christ says that a good tree cannot bear bad fruit and likewise a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. You will know a tree by the fruit that it bears. If you have no fruit, then you're counted as worthless and thrown in the fire. Therefore, we must always be examining our lives and wrestling against sin in order to work out salvation with fear and trembling. Once saved always saved as taught in many churches of the modern era is a blatant heresy and extremely dangerous false teaching. Repentance is required to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. The sanctification process is sometimes a lifetime process. However, we must be working towards achieving Holiness just as Christ Himself was Holy. That's just my clarification of that interpretation.
Be Blessed and Go Tigers! Ya'll have a wonderful weekend.

You’re over thinking things. This was the point of Jesus coming. It’s so simple a child can understand. If you believe he died for your sins and rose angain and accept him into your heart you are saved. Salvation is eternal. There are a few things that can erase your name from the lambs book of life. Blasphemy chiefly.
Sin is sin is sin. No sin is no greater than any other. Except not accepting Christ and blasphemy. Once you ask forgiveness (with true repentance) that sin doesn’t exist. It’s cast into the sea of forgetfulness. As long as repentance is real and you strive to never recommit the sin again. If you do it many times a day, you never repented. God grows weary of repeated sins. It’s really simple. A repentant heart, work to not repeat the sin, and it’s gone.
No man can pluck salvation from Gods hand.
Remember, it is simple. Jesus made it so. Also seek omitted books of the Bible. Emporer Constantine made sure books that took power away from the church and state were not New Testament canon. Turn over a rock, there I am. It’s YOUR personal relationship with Christ. Jesus hated that man got so hung up on law and rules.
Prayer is key. The spirit will reveal things to you when you’re earnest. Don’t forget to fast. Peter couldn’t cast out demons because he didn’t fast enough.
It’s super simple. Remember that. A child can understand it. We make it hard.

Regarding books omitted from the Bible

are you referring to the Deuterocannon, which is omitted from Protestant Bibles but not Catholic ones? Or other works?
I ask because I find this all fascinating and feel that there can absolutely be wisdom for our spiritual lives in these books. Plus, they could be divinely inspired even if some people didn’t think they were.

I do a lot of reading and studying on this website right here. If you find early church writings interesting, then this site is worth taking a look at.

I feel that we largely do a bad job honoring that today.
The site you linked looks great. Thanks!

I am reasonably sure there will not be a Biblical or theological exam at the pearly gates.
Thanks be to God.
