How many tournament wins do we have since 1953? Our first season was 1911 and our only conference tournament was in 1939. Over the 114 years we had many coaches but only one was able to get it done so perhaps the coach is not the problem. Our current coach has accomplished things never or rarely done by any of the other coaches so maybe trying to celebrate the accomplishments as they have been few and far between for our program

about other posters discussing basketball issues, yet are ok with bringing up every issue imaginable about football (i.e. Judge Keller®).
We should probably be supportive and as positive as possible about all Clemson sports teams.

Writer picks us to miss the playoffs? Gnashing of teeth on TNet.
Opposing coach says that Clemson football isn’t elite? People here lose their minds.
I’d start there if you are truly concerned about people here getting upset.
Those of us who defend basketball aren’t upset by the criticisms, but we will defend against the ridiculous attacks (e.g., Clemson fans saying that our basketball team is mediocre, underachieving, etc.).

And there are those who defend the football program when other “fans” decide the best way to defend one Clemson program or coach is to take shots at another Clemson program. I prefer to promote and support all Clemson programs.

program or their coach. I pull for them as hard as any other Clemson sport, it's the shots you take at the football program and Dabo.
I once made a comment about taking Trevor out when he was struggling in a game, you defended him. That is the Judge Keller®everyone on here likes. Not the one being critical of where we are now. I knew we would not and will not win it every year, but just because we lose three or four games one year, doesn't mean I am coming on TigerNet and saying the sky is falling.
I would love for the men's and women's basketball team to consistently be in the upper echelon of the ACC. Losing in the first round of the NCAAT broke my heart. But next year, I'm still going to pull for Brad and his team just like this past year. If they take a step backwards, I'll continue to support him as long as he is a Clemson Tiger!

Congrats to the ladies. Lots of people wanted to write them off after a slow start to the season, but they have been on fire lately. The softball team and baseball team seemed to switch trajectories unfortunately.

Wanted. The basketball team was only given $8 and some gift cards to circuit city. Not a cent more ever.
Clemson softball coach gets paid in top teir for country. Clemson baskeball coach works for room and board.
Clemson softball wins championships all the time and mates makes it to the tournament consistently.
Clemson basketbal isn't allowed to go to post season play.
Clemson is a traditional softball school so it's easy to win. Clemson doesn't care about basketball at all. .. ever.
Clemson softball plays in an easy softball comment conference.
Clemson baskeball plays in the hardest conference ever.
