Heisman lost all credibility several years ago. Might have started when DW4 lost to Lamar Jackson. Never recovered. And now those "winners" get to vote for future winners. Not gonna get any better.

It might state that, but the players were getting paid under the table, not even really going to school or often not even writing their own papers, and just being great athletes. A player would have to do something extremely egregious for it to be a factor.
