I was definitely confused last night. Wasn't even thinking about more teams with same record.
If I read the article correctly, since wake lost last night, wake has no chance at the bye? Or am I wrong. Doesn't matter since we're going to beat wake, but just in case we didn't... we still get the bye. So we're definitely 4th.

The battle for the 4th seed and a double bye in the ACC Tournament comes down to Saturday’s matchup with Wake in Winston-Salem on Saturday. The Tigers hold the tiebreaker with Pitt, so if they win Saturday, they will grab the 4-seed regardless of the outcome of the Panthers’ weekend game with NC State. If Wake wins, they would be tied with Clemson and would hold the tiebreaker and would get the 4th seed regardless of the outcome of the Pitt game.
The really frustrating thing is, if Clemson doesn't **** the bed at Notre Dame last week, or against Miami, NC State, Virginia Tech or Georgia Tech earlier in the season, the outcome of Saturday's game against Wake would be irrelevant and meaningless in terms of an ACCT double-bye for Clemson.

3rd = a Clemson win, a UVa loss, and Pitt win
4th = a Clemson win and a UVa win
4th = a Clemson loss and a Pitt loss (forces 4-way and Clemson holds the tiebreaker)
5th = a Clemson loss and a Pitt win (Clemson holds the 3-way tiebreaker over Wake & Syracuse).

4th is the highest we can finish.

Wake win/Pitt win - 6th seed

You are correct on 5th seed. Tiebreaker with pitt and wake has them using record of highest standing win which would go to their games against UVA was pitt is 1-0 vs 1-1 for wake.

if you win the games you're supposed to win (i.e., Miami, Virginia Tech, Georgia Tech and Notre Dame), you don't have to worry about getting ****** by the officials.
You'll get no argument from me about the Duke game. If the roles were reversed and that game was played in Cameron, Duke absolutely gets that foul call on the final drive 100 times out of 100.

How refreshing! Several weeks ago it seemed we couldn't shake 10th place. Now I understand why this season has been successful and doing it in February too. Thanks All!

I think it is succesful no matter what happens, but we have missed opportunities and we will see how we finish. The ranges now is slightly succesful to whatever happens moving forward. Reality is we will end in a loss, but let's see how it all goes down.
