So this whole Q thing, that's not a thing any more?

Apr 17, 2021, 1:05 AM

It seems that his track record for making predictions is right on par with James Springer White? We know there are pedophiles, probably a bunch of people that actually drink blood, 1 or 2 lizard people, and that these are all mutually exclusive things, so trying to compartmentalize or make any sense of this completed fuked up and chaotic world we live in is a fool's errand?

Is Russia still a thing?

Yup, Russia is still a thing, boo.

They in fact just got slapped with some pretty stiff sanctions for election interference just...hey, yesterday, in fact.

Putin seemed sulky about it. I'm sure he's going to assassinate somebody and lie about it, but then again, he was going to assassinate somebody and lie about it anyhow, so whaddya do, it's Vlad, you know? A$$holes are gonna A$$hole.

So he does a bit less than Trump, who was a Russian operative? Got it, Boo.

Okay, Boo, so you counter a news article with a dated opinion piece from Jen Kerns. Great. That's awesome. Who the eff is Jen Kerns again? Well, I did some google searching, and whaddya know? Turns out she's actually not any kind of foreign-policy expert; she actually works for the Republican Party in California, and served as the spokeswoman for the Prop 8 marriage initiative - you know, trying to ban same-sex marriages. I looked through her prior articles and they were kind of scarce (and stupid): such gems as "Is Planned Parenthood Targetting Schoolchildren", "Hillary Clinton Career at Rose Law Firm a Bellwether for Modern-Day Document Destruction", and "Pelosi Predicted Obamacare Would Be 'Winning Issue' for Democrats. How Has That Panned Out?"

So...basically, a complete partisan hack, a mid-tier Republican party flunky who works directly for the GOP itself. A spear-carrier, basically. Definitely an expert source.

Rock on.

Well CNN just got caught on video admitting they used propaganda and lies to influence the election so can we expect the govt. to place sanctions on them.Oh thats right there on the same team paid by same boss.

Q was never a widespread thing. People that thought the election was stolen is different than Q. The media just made you believe that and lumped them into everyone at the capitol insurrection. A

Q people believe that joe Biden is a clone, and Hillary Clinton and the elite eat babies. Lol.

I get that people are a mixed bag, but the dude literally had millions of people out on a wild goose chase, and guess what, nearly all of them voted for trump.

Haha you’re right about that. The thing that blew my mind is that Q was constantly proven wrong and people just continued to follow it.

Just mind blowing people continued to take that bs seriously.

I'm not making this as an assertion, but I've conjectured that much of the Q stuff was so absurd, that it was a leftist that was making this stuff up to make a segment of Trump voters look bad.

I’ve thought the same thing. Didn’t think that until the leftist media started amplifying it out of nowhere. Most people heard about Q for the first time when CNN and the like started talking a light it.

I think CNN was the first time I heard of Q. Plus there seemed to be a conflation of information like "pizzagate" and unethical FISA warrants.

It actually wasn't. There was sort of a "Wizard of Oz" thing going. The actual "Q" probably outed himself inadvertently trying to toy with a CNN reporter when doing that HBO documentary Into The Storm. "Q", according to QAnon lore, anyhow, was supposedly a mole somewhere deep in the bowels of government, had access to the deepest, darkest secrets of the USA. Every so often, and to much fanfare, he'd emerge on one of the Q sites, make cryptic comments, and then vanish, leaving his acolytes to "interpret" what he meant.

One of his most faithful lieutenants was a guy who went by the handle "codemonkeyZ" on 8chan.

This guy:

Again, though, when doing the documentary for the HBO series "Into the Storm", Watkins pretty much conclusively outed himself as Q. Which is basically that moment in Wizard of Oz where it's like: "Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain."

Because Watkins (of course) is just some schmo. And has absolutely zero access to any state secrets whatsoever. He bailed in January 2021 to go live in Japan, probably because he's well-aware it's going to be distinctly uncomfortable for him to be living in America in the near future.

I saw most of that, left me with more questions, but I kinda had it playing in the background at times.

So you think the code monkey dude really knows who he is, cause I thought the point of a 8Chan was complete anonymity, even to the moderator. I got the impression he was just playing along for the traffic.

No, he's actually "Q". As in, the Q. He let his I'm-just-a-humble-8chan-mod-mask slip for just a second and got busted on camera. Really awkward moment. The "Q" was just a fiction Ron invented because it played...I mean, seriously, who was going to follow Ron Watkins?

Apparently you did not get the Oz reference.

It actually delights me that dingus had to run off to Japan.

At some point I will reclaim that letter for noble purposes again, durnit. Grrr.

That letter used to belong to me.

Both groups were dangerously misinformed

Apr 17, 2021, 6:21 PM [ in reply to Re: So this whole Q thing, that's not a thing any more? ]

not to mention a heavy amount of cross-population between the two groups so it's not like a comparison couldn't be made.

Somewhat related, I wonder how the Q folks are handling the Gaetz controversy going on right now considering it is basically exactly what they thought was going on with the Democrats. It has to be causing some very small brains to overheat in that group.
