for his "violations" (i.e., impermissible on and off-campus recruiting and coaching activities) during the COVID-19 dead period.

This is likely an attempt to avert more serious sanctions by the NCAA as it continues to investigate the matter since Khaki Pants effectively refused to cooperate with and mislead the NCAA.

Harbaugh will miss home games against East Carolina, UNLV and Bowling Green (rolling eyes) !!!
