I think A&M, LSU and Auburn all have a good chance to beat them. A 9-3 record doesn't even guarantee you a New Year's Six appearance.

Joe Burrow closed out strong. They have good receivers, should have a stronger line, and they hope the true freshman they took from Georgia can be a day 1 starter. They should be better offensively than last year. But they also lose two top 10 picks on defense, so who knows. They played their entire 2nd team defense against UCF and still won, so there’s that. (started the game without 7 starters and lost 2 during the game).

All of the LSU CB's for that game were 5th and 6th string WRs.

With all of the defections on the team and staff, losses to teams like LSU, Texas A&M, and Georgia are all more probable.
