We will beat 3 of those 4 and ND will be a toss up. If this team continues to improve it will be a pretty darn good team by November.

To answer your questions:
1) The Fat Dude in the room will always get heaps of abuse and ridicule. It has always been that way and made "Animal House" so funny, while being obviously abusive to some.
2). Wes is making bad decisions in pressure situations. He slams the door on teams for a series or two, then backs off and goes soft. I don't know why he does it, but he does.
3) Watching Dabo on the sidelines yesterday, I don't believe he is happy either. He was Roaring in Pork Chop's ear in that second quarter when we inexplicably went to the 3-man line and softened the coverage, rabidly giving up 2 scores. Dabo was livid & perplexed as well.
Does Conn deserve a helping of this criticism.......absolutely. But Wes is the public face of the defense and is making the poor decisions right now, so it is his day in the barrel.
Some day soon, we will play a worthy opponent, apply pressure and shut them down all day, and Porky will be acclaimed the second coming of Vince Lombardi.........you just watch........that is if he chooses to trash the soft defenses, go to All-Day Depends and man up. He can never be BV. Can't happen. But he can stop being soft and he can stop with the soft defenses. It is NOT the Clemson way!

Wrong on so many counts but typical. First, our defense played a great game yesterday. Second, no coach fumbled this year. Third, no team is guaranteed wins or bowls and if we don't go to the ACC Championship game, it is not the end of the world.
