Where is this “mystical” playbook that we never seem to open? Asking for a neighborhood kid.

When Riley was hired, he said his philosophy was to have fewer plays. He said we would get so good at running those plays that even if the defense knows what coming they can’t stop it. I don’t think there is a mystical playbook. Just more of the same.

It was on that Waffle House menu that Dabo seems to have lost. Now the only plays he can remember are the RB up the middle and the bubble screen. No one else has or ever had a Waffle House menu.

CK in an interview last year said Clemson used to bring 80 different plays into a game. He said Riley simplified things and wants half that number.

Dabo looks like he tries to shorten games in the second half when he has the lead. No urgency till down 4 or more in last minute of game.
