He's by far out most reliable receiver... I'm not opposed to him at least having some say so in the matter.

I believe the coaches who preach team unity everyday are not going to allow something like that to happen! I know I wouldn’t and Im sure coach Dabo will not do that.

The WRs will certainly get a chance to convey their opinion to the coaches. None of those guys want another year like last year at "WRU."

I agree. Who wants another 12-2 season, an ACC championship and be one of 4 teams to appear in the college football playoffs? What a disaster. NEVER AGAIN.

I realize you're trying your best to be snarky. But, I'll give you a reply anyway.
I think our floor (i.e. the worst we can do with any of our QBs) as a team is 12 Wins and an ACC Championship. We can accomplish that feat without ever throwing the ball downfield. We're that good.
We can be Paul Johnson's wet dream. Totally doable.
But, WRs don't come to Clemson to be blockers for Jet Sweeps. And while every player, even WRs, would be thrilled at winning 12 games and another ACC championship; along with a CFP appearance, they would also tell you that they want to catch balls thrown to them downfield.
And, furthermore, when we reach the CFP, we cannot be made one dimensional. We must have a threat of going vertical to open up our run game and prevent the 7-8 man rush we frequently saw last year. Teams that make the CFP are too good to be beaten by a team without a good QB that can use good WRs.
Yeah, the WRs want to be successfully personally and develop into NFL talent. That's one of the spoken reasons they come to Clemson. And, you better believe, that they'll be asked by Elliott & Scott for their opinion on the QBs.

Tee should pick. It's the downfield game we need for a championship.

Clearly Hunter Renfrow is the most qualified to be the quarterback.

Is Hunter Renfrow a coach? The answer to my question is the same as the answer to yours.

We might get a surprise if we do, I've heard him praise TLaw but he seems extra high on Chase Brice.
