Harris is busy expanding her appeal to voters outside of her base. Trump and his ilk are growing more and more extreme in their exclamations trying to appeal to white male voters.
The female vote, just as it was in 2022, is being underestimated. This is, in large part, why Trump will lose this election and drag Congressional Republicans down with him.

And it's not a political podcast which means that a lot of the listeners are either undecided or wouldn't otherwise vote. Seems like a way better way to gain votes than constantly rambling at rallies where everyone is a die hard (too soon?) supporter already.

to be President - it's usually someone who will bring in a few votes from a needed demographic or state. Pence and Harris both fit that mold - they are qualified individuals, but were both chosen for a specific purpose.
Heck - Walz is a DEI pick. There was no way Harris wasn't going to pick a white guy. : - )

She graduated law school, got a job as a prosecutor, worked her way up to DA of SF, got elected AG of CA, and then got elected to the US senate. All of that qualifies her to be the VP, and it's much more qualifications than many VPs we've had. Bidens desire for a certain demo opened the door for her. By any measure her resume shows she's deserving of the job she's seeking.
Now that we cleared that up back to my question: what qualifications other than being white, male, and famous did donny have in 2016?
