Charged with several misdemeanors and a felony (2nd degree assault on police officer). Pretty heavy charges for a "misunderstanding."
The charges do not align with the firthand witness account from the ESPN reporter. Will be interesting to see what comes out of this.
I am sure the Louisville PD brass are getting hammered right now and are trying to get the facts before they issue a statement. If this is an overzealous cowboy, they will need to deal it with quickly and transparently.
If Scottie did what he is accussed of doing, then he needs to pay the penalty.

Scottie missed or misunderstood the officer's direction and kept driving so the officer decided the crime was such a hazard to public safety that he needed grab the car and hang on at it moved down the road.
Scottie should play the rest of this tournament wearing an orange prison jumpsuit.

They don't arrest BLM protesters for burning down entire neighborhoods, don't detain illegal immigrants for assaulting police officers but detain, arrest, and handcuff a Christian pro golfer who made a wrong turn. Took mug shots and also had him in a orange jumpsuit. This country has lost all of its morality and if this government continues, the USA will cease to exist.

There were over 14,000 arrests in that BLM chaos. Many got away with the looting, but there were thousands of arrests.
