It's very unlikely. We need Wake to lose to either NC State or BC, but if Wake loses to NC State we also need NC State to lose 2 more.

I think we need Wake to beat NC State, then NC State to drop 1 more.
Then we need to beat Wake and hope they lose another conference game. This is the cleanest scenario.
If it is a 3 way tie, we lose the tie breakers I think unless we can somehow get ranked ahead of Wake and NC State.
Bottom line it is still out there as a goal and we can still play for this. Win out and we may just back into this thing.

We need State to beat wake and then state to get beat by someone and then in a 3 way tie highest ranked team gets in. State could get beat twice and then beat wake and then our game with wake would be for the division. The hardest part to me is someone beating wake.

I just looked at the remaining schedule. This is really a long shot at this point with only a few games left.
We need things to fall a certain way.
1. We really need the Noles to beat NC State this week.
2. Then maybe for NC State to beat Wake.
Our best bet may be the 3 way tie scenario where we are higher ranked. If Wake beats NC State, we are doomed because we would need BC to beat them. UNC is NOT a conference game for Wake this year.

It could happen. Wake needs to lose 1 and NC State 2. Clemson just needs to win at Louisville and at home against Wake.
Wake has to play at UNC, NC State, and at BC.
NC State has to play at FSU, at Wake, Syracuse, and UNC.
Looks like we need to pull for UNC to start playing better and beat Wake and NC State. Assume Wake beats NC State and Clemson can make it to the ACC CG again.

We would have to improve greatly. We would need to beat wake forest, which I can’t believe that would be a question, but it is and I don’t think we can. Our depth is far to thin and execution is terrible, decision making is horrible at QB and I don’t see it getting better. I find it hard to believe that he is our only option. He is struggling and to leave him in is making him worse. I don’t see us beating Louisville, much less wake forest. And we would need NC state to loose twice. Plus we would face a Miami team that just beat the two teams that beat us. So a better question would be. Do we want that? Do we deserve it?
