get a short sentence so he can get married and start a family. While I wish it had been the full 33 years, 22 will do. He'll miss the bus on that family thing. But take comfort, I hear 22 years in federal prison is really 21 years and 365 days. Enjoy the food, its free!

conspirators, that tried to overturn a free and fair election, to prison. I'm very happy about that. If you can't do the time, don't do the crime. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. I hope he enjoys the delicious free food and the convenience of getting to pee in a toilet two inches from his pillow.
He tied to turn over our election and the mess he helped create on January 6th resulted in loss of life. The Trump appointed judge made a good call at 22 years, but would have been better at 33.

Dem lawyer disputes basis re J6 as being Trump insurrection
Sep 8, 2023, 6:27 AM
|
|
Julian Epstein, recently chief counsel for the Democrat party, has opined that Trump had legal justification for challenging the 2020 election and that submitting an alternative slate of electors was a peculiar interpretation of the 12th Amendment, he opines that categorizing this act of submitting an alternative slate of electors as being a criminal act is a stretch (legally speaking).
The foundation of the Democratâs argument that the J6 protesters were therefore telepathically directed by Trump to engage in an âinsurrectionâ thus falls apart.
Furthermore, The DoJâs prosecutorial misconduct with regard to the J6 protesters, as evidenced by the prosecutors withholding exculpatorial evidence from the defense (this was proven in the case that led to the false incarceration of J6 protester Jacob Chansley ⌠who was immediately released when that exculpatory evidence was publicly released) renders the DoJâs prosecutions of all other arrested J6 protesters as dubious at best and outright illegal in the most likely case.
The potentially exculpatory evidence for the remaining J6 protesters has still not been made available to defense counsel. This is Bana Republic type âjustice,â yet Americaâs lefties (who have no regard for how laws work and how they preserve EVERYBODYâs rights) think this is just fine.

not wanting to admit that he lost the election. He and his conspirators did not think anyone would hold them accountable for their actions. Treason is what he should be charged with. He has ruined many lives and he will pay the price of justice.

I bet youâre also happy with a two-tiered justice system. I personally donât really care about this individual and if heâs truly guilty of something, then so be it. I donât know you or your political leanings, but if this causes you to gloat, how do you feel about recent history?
We have Hillary destroying 10+ smart devices before they could be confiscated and used as evidence, a hidden server of hers that was accessed by foreign actors, 33,000 deleted state owned emails, Biden with thousands of documents hidden in his garage and other places, Biden using aliases in his work emails (JRB Ware lol) to communicate with his son and other agents, 20+ Biden shell companies that do nothing (only used to launder money), multiple Biden family members receiving millions for no apparent reason (no one on the left asks why), text messages that seemed to insinuate the entire Biden family is in on enriching themselves by selling access to a VP at the time, etc, etc, etcâŚI could go on and onâŚ
Trump gets 4 indictments and 91 chargesâŚwhy? Hush money payments about a hook er? PleaseâŚthis is even admittedly a stretch by libs. Documents at Maralago? See above. Jan 6? âMarch PEACEFULLY and patriotically.â A phone call to Georgia? âFindâ the votes that he believes arenât being countedâŚnot âmanufacture,â not âcreate,â not âgive,â âŚFIND.
If youâre okay with all the above and how things are playing out, then youâre part of the problem with this country. You would not only embrace a two tiered justice system, but you would actively seem to support bastardizing the justice system for political means. Libs are even discussing leaving Trump off the ballot in some states by invoking the 14th amendmentâŚLOLâŚtalk about âsaving democracy.â Heâs literally growing more popular than Biden in the general and the left wants to eliminate their political competition. Democracy truly is being threatenedâŚby democrats.

So wait a minuteâŚyou DO want him to be a dictator or donât? I canât keep up with leftist criticismsâŚ
When left up to the left to handle their own corruption, we got Comey: âNo reasonable prosecutor would bring this case.â
On the flip side, there are fresh accusations of Bidenâs admin directing Garland on these indictments against Trump. I guess time will tell how deep that rabbit hole goesâŚ

So your plan is to ask the same question over and over and expect a different answer?

You really have to LOL and how dumb they are. A Republican POTUS fired a Republican FBI director, replaced him with his own hand picked Republican FBI director, yet the democrats control the FBI. đ The democrats apparently also control the Republican governor of Georgia along with the Republican SOS of Georgia. Oh, and DADDY is a true conservative, but LCheney is not. And LOL at the reasons they give as to why they think LCheney sucks.

Trump.
In a gesture intended to heal political divisions after the 2016 election, Trump recommended that the DoJ not prosecute Hillary for her criminal theft of confidential documents and subsequent efforts to destroy evidence of her crime.
Operative word here is ârecommended.â
Noteworthy here is that the DoJ has complete independence from the president as to whom they prosecute.
With Hillaryâs crimes being manifest, the DoJ should have vigorously pursued Hillary. They didnât because Hillary was a big name Democrat.
On the other hand, the same Trump DoJ went all in on pursuing Trump for Russia collusion, despite fore knowledge that the key evidence against Trump was the synthesized Steele dossier.
(*). The DoJ is rotten to its core, and has been a political arm of the Democrat party prior to Trumpâs election.
You know this is true.
