THAT’S the way to look at it… it was a good loss.
I hate this quad crap. A loss is a loss. As long as the coaches and players are giving it their all, that’s all you can ask for.

Yep. That quad 1 loss crap is how you end up where Bama, Ole Miss, and SC did at the end of football season. The first measure is and always should be wins and losses.
Just gotta flush this one and move on.

Yes and only lost by 10. Maybe should have been worse. With all the missed shots Clemson shot exactly the same as Louisville. The difference was free throws. It didn’t seem that way watching. Clemson should drive the ball more although I think there were some fouls inside not called. The goaltending on Lakin looked like the ball was not above the rim.

So many layups and easy shots missed. Bigs were a non factor for most of the game and the old turnover bug seemed to raise its ugly head at just the wrong time. Seemed like effort was there but mental acuity was left on the plane. Maybe they flew them up there in that small Piper Cub, along with the Pep Band. Seats for 4 normal people. That had to be it.

That’s exactly right. We made some good runs and got close a few times but none of our runs could match 14-1 and 18-6. I think the best we had was 9-0.
