ways and I've heard two different recruiting gurus on podcasts pronounce it two different ways.
And i can barely even pronounce it correctly without getting tongue-tied using your phonetic breakdown.

With the accent on the last syllable: we-onga-leh-LAY.
The g's like it is in "singer", not like in "longer".
There's a very little "oo" sound at the very beginning of his name.
So five or six syllables, it appears, depending on the weight of that first "oo".
