I really appreciated RG III yesterday......he obviously "knows" football and I found many of his comments hilarious. It brought some 'fun' to watching the game.....and I have NOT had any fun watching the games this year. I like him !

He is a great announcer.... I love him calling the games and I respect him more since he was a former player that actually knows how to play the game. His jokes are hilarious..... Bad Mother Mafa....
The new Chris Berman.... they need to move RGIII onto gameday.

I agree on RGIII. I think this was his second game for us and he knows his stuff and is entertaining. I think he’s a better announcer than QB.

The only problem I have with him l, Eason the drive at the end of the game, the pass interference play he said it was not one. the defender had the player by the arm and was face guarding him by never looking back. In college that is a flag. May not pros. People listen to the announcers, he was wrong and mark Jones was agreeing with him. Wrong call, should keep quiet if you are not sure

The announcers act as if it's their job to create controversy and hype. Instead of just calling the game as it is. He was wrong but won't admit it. I wonder if he realizes how many people he Influences each week.

I knew RGIII reminded me a little bit of somebody, but I couldn't put my finger on it. He brings Eddie Murphy to mind. Similar style. Very funny, but he does definitely know his stuff. He'll voice his displeasure when someone makes a dumb mistake, but even does this in a funny kind of way, like, "Cmon man, you can do better than that." Also, he doesn't overwhelm us with endless stats and metrics, which get dull after a while. A great broadcasting hire, IMHO.

I think that he is entertaining but he makes some comments that are flat out wrong. Last night I got to read a bunch of comments about Ross being open on DJ's interception because he said so. Ross was better covered than Ngata. The corner had safety help over the top that left when he saw the pass in the air. It doesn't matter if the guy is open after the pass is gone.

I hate all the announcer teams.
They are talking to America and not the fans of the teams. Honchos have things lined up for them to cover that they think will make the game interesting - nope!
It is like normal media. Off the wall sells to the majority.
At the game you can do WCCP but at home the delay makes that not viable.
I turn the volume down to a mumble just to preserve some game day noise.
RG111 seems to be as good as any of them. I am OK if he does all our games.
