Miami is looking for a 3rd top 10 class in last 3 years. They will be what Clemson was back in 2015- 2018 very soon. Our lack of recruiting will hit hard next year. What started out to be a very good class for 2026 is now tumbling each day and will struggle to be a top 20 class. These are cold hard facts that hurt but this is reality now. We dont recruit the portal heavily like our competition does so we have allowed the Acc teams to catch up to us talent wise and our arch rival to do the same. I hope this is a big year because it will be a struggle in the future.

I 100% agree w OP…very well said and all true facts! Our recruiting is no longer at elite and we still don’t use the portal near as much as we need to and that’s on Dabo!

Yea Without a great year and a possible natty , we will be back to mediocrity soon. This year and this roster is Dabo's last stand at Clemson. When it comes to the value of programs and the amount of revenue that is brought in per year Clemson doesn't even rank in the top 25. We also don't rank well in NIL compared to the national powers . This year is going to be critical .

Will need to bring in 8-10 top players out of portal for next years team to make up for mediocre recruiting last couple of years to compete in 2026 season.

Dabo wont bring in 8-10 much needed players out of the portal. Thats against beliefs…and thats why our talent level is no longer elite. We aren’t getting enough 4 and 5 stars out of high school and we barely use the portal. Numbers don’t lie🤷‍♂️
