Reading some posts on here and twitter feeds this morning, I'm really disgusted with the sour grapes and not so subtle attacks on Lamar Jackson. So some class Clemson fans! WE are better than this!!

We love our guy for what he has done for Clemson as a top notch player and ambassador. So yeah we are passed off. Not necessarily at Lamar, but the process. And when do you look at the process? When the output is in question. Writers, media types should not be voting for this award. If anything, they should only have a proportional input. Coaches, team captains, previous winners should be the primary determinants for the winner. Not going to change, so congrats to LJ and to DW...let's go win this thing. Go Tigers!

That's how I see it and think the process is hosed. Too many replay of the hurdling highlight. Check, just about every game now has some doing that. I point the finger at the root (process) not the symptom (Jackson winning). Blame my Clemson education for that. Yeah, I know what chicken smells like.

Clemson fans are class and the Heisman trophy should represent what is best in football NOT a media bias based on opinions from voters who for the most part have never played a competitive team sport!
