is pretty bad. I have heard high school announcers much better, specifically Gaffney High School has one known as Fabian Fuentes (overlook the name). I heard him while listening to the Spartanburg game to check in on Feaster, albeit he didn't play, but dude was EXTRMELY good. I felt like I was at the game. That is what fans who can't travel deserve. I don't ever like to smash our program but this is really bad. I'd rather hear "And there's orange in the endzone" anyday. Maybe, we should require Munson to attend some classes on Friday nights to learn to announce.

Agreed. Munson's an embarrassment to Clemson. Can't even listen to the tigers play anymore when I can't see a game.

Excellent PBP guy. He used to call ganes for maybe Gardner-Webb. Not sure if he does PBP for Limestone now that they have a football team.

rumor was he is the one that turned Clemson into NCAA when rich rodriguez was there. Remember Gaffneygate? He is a coot and does not deserve to even step on Clemson campus

Allin, they certainly are not Jim Phillips or even Pete Yannity for that matter, so yes I agree it is a step down from where we were. No question about that. I too have heard a few high school game guys that do a better job. Having said that and in response to comments by others, yes I do think they are generally better than Suggs and Ellis, but is that the standard we wish to use for measuring? I look forward to hearing the young man just hired for basketball, if he is good, the pressure to put football on an equal footing with basketball could help improve things.
