You guys keep saying hire the best canidate.
But yet Eric Bieniemy has been the OC for one of the top 3 offenses in the nfl for 3 consecative years including a super bowl ring....but gets no job....

You racist really believe that at least 5 African Americans aren't qualified enough to be one of the top 32 coaches despite the league being 85 percent African American?

The interview process is considered in hiring. I never interviewed well and it cost me a couple of jobs.

but remember the NFL owners are primarily White and maybe it would be wise for a Black Multi-millionaire or better a Black billionaire become an owner and working it from that angle.

Help me out as I suck at numbers but there are 32 nfl teams, 13% African Americans, 6% African American Males, .002 college players play in the NFL and all the teams want to win. What is the correct number and is this a huge effort to keep the New England Patriots in the conversation? If so fire BB! Fins up!

I agree, and the Caucasian members of society should make up most of the players if we're going by the percentage of coaches who are black. Oh, I have an idea, just hire the best candidate and stop being racist in your hiring demands.
