Errors and walks all over the place. This crap needs to get cleaned up fast, or this season will quickly become a disappointment.

At Miami is right.... Serious home field advantage with the umps. Went to game on Saturday and we got hosed on small strike zone ( not them) , hits down the line, and Pinder getting called out at first when he was clearly safe.... Still need to clean up errors and getting behind in the count. That's usually when trouble occurs for our pitching staff.

I watched Saturday game on espn3. Ump was consistent both ways with his strike zone. Umps missed an obvious balk that would have given them another run. Also missed the call against us where we were safe ar first.

we have played very well, offensively..and the pitching has been good enough to win, as well.

this weekend proves to me that we are Top 10 caliber. Even with all the errors, we played the #4 team in the country to their limit at their house. We definitely win this series at home.
This is easily the toughest series we will play all year. And this shows we can play head-to-head with anybody in the country. There's a bunch of wins ahead of us this season.

Agreed.... Good things are ahead for this team!!!! I'm optimistic and excited. Hate to lose, but clean up the errors and we could be looking at 3-0 against a top 5 team at their place. Not to shabby!!!!

thanx to good bats, we woulda/coulda/shoulda taken this series..now we've just gotta keep doin' what we're already doing offensively, and stop the flood of errors and unearned runs..we'll be better than fine if that happens.
