Was this the player that RN from Grayson wanted to have extended a offer with the once committed treo? This was part of a package deal to guarantee RN's commitment to the Clemson that included Gallman, RN, Carter & Kamara. Is this a inside track dropping a bomb on signing day by Dabo and company?

RK doesn't seem he would disobey his mother that lives on a different continent. Makes sense... I mean.. she lives with him and all. It should be her decision where he goes to school.

Nkemdiche created a stir (some positive, mostly negative) when he told the AJC it was a “done deal” with his commitment to Clemson if the Tigers offered one of his high school teammates, safety Ryan Carter: I went back and read this on AJC;Im not posting on this cause it might spread to many rumors;but it would be something if Dabo & Co,shocked the world.

I bring this up because there are many more 3 star prospects that would love to have a offer from Clemson. This seems out of the blue and questionable to say the least. The kid may have talent but many questions surround the sudden visit by Carter.

Don't get me wrong. He has been scouted by our staff back when all the Rn saga began. My point is why the sudden flip by our staff? I'm not doubting the skills of the kid but there is talent that is far greater than Carter that would accept the order today if offered.

certain areas in order to not be left empty handed.
Carter looks to me like he could be a good one, but clearly our coaches had others ahead of him on the board.
Could this be a sign that we are going to shock the world and sign RN, the entire Grayson gang, along with Lawson, Adams, Woulard, Alexander, Clark, and even a few other 5-Star surprises who aren't even on the radar screen? Sure, I guess it could be, but I think the first scenario is much more likely.

It is odd that he has not committed to Ole Miss and has supposed interest in Florida, LSU, etc now and why isn't there new reports and updates? Maybe he never decommitted other than verbal to the media which includes Clemson media sources. The dead period is approaching, so this seems like an opportune time to introduce a new offer to seal the trifecta. Leaving all the recruiting services wondering, "what just happened!"

Don't get carried away. Ryan Carter is a decent player, but not somebody to get excited over. Clemson will not land Robert Nkemdiche or David Kamara. They are done communicating with Clemson and moving on. Clemson should be focused on landing Montravius Adams, MacKensie Alexander, Carl Lawson, Tyrone Crowder, and other primary targets. Enough with the Grayson Trio bull crap.

The BS will not stop until all recruits have signed letters. Both sides in this instance decided to cool things and let the process handle itself. The potential of it happening is below 50% at best but the chance is on the table but the offer had not been completely abandon by Dabo.

I can assure you we have stayed in touch with RN and never backed off. Not in Dabo's nature so it would not shock me to see us land the Grayson quad.
