I've been working food service since I was 16 (for the last six years) & a great job opportunity has presented itself in a really crucial time of my life. From what you write, Leaving Firesubs and getting a job where you will be outside some is a no brainer. You have my prayers that you will get this job.
Also sounds as if you're making other life changes. Marriage?
