ESPN mentions Swinney

As possible future replacement to Saban....
"The likeliest successor would have to be defensive coordinator Kirby Smart, who joined Alabama after spending 2006 in the NFL with Saban in Miami. The University of Georgia alumnus was a hot name in coaching circles even before he won the Broyles Award in 2009 and the AFCA Assistant Coach of the Year award in 2012. He was interviewed by Auburn for its head-coaching vacancy during the offseason and has been rumored to be a candidate in a number of other jobs. The only question with Smart is time -- whether at 37 years old he'll wait around long enough to take the reins from Saban when he leaves.
Another intriguing name to replace Saban is Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney, whose ties to Alabama as a former player in the early 1990s make him a natural fit. The 43-year-old native of Pelham, Ala., was an assistant at UA for six seasons before joining the Clemson staff, where he became the head coach in 2008. After a four-win rookie season, Swinney has averaged nine wins per year and taken the Tigers to three bowl games, most recently upsetting LSU in the Chick-fil-A Bowl."

Saban will be there for a while so I'm not worried yet. Dabo isn't going to be overly swayed by the money. If we can win 12 games this season he'll likely get a raise.

love how they take the "4 win rookie season" out of context

considering how he was the interim head coach for 7 games, his true rookie season he won the division.

As long as Dabo is happy at Clemson, I believe it would take an awful lot of money to get him to leave Clemson. Dabo, his wife and his kids absolutely love it at Clemson, and it isn't all about how much money he makes that has him and his family glad to be at Clemson...Nuff said!!!
