Yes it will but these images aren’t accurate. Unless the plan on turning the field lights off it won’t be lit up in orange. The reason it is in these pics is due to the field lights being off, I was excited when I first saw them because it would’ve been cool at the LA Tech game then saw the explanation of why it’s so orange in the photos

Whew - thanks for explanation. Would have been hard to catch a ball in that orange light. My eyes are hurting. I kid, I kid.

+1, It definitely looks really cool. I'm loving the orange - seems like it would be very intimidating for our visitors.

Whether they do it or not, I don't know.
But they have the ability to turn every light in the stadium off and put a spotlight on the hill now
Should be fun and interesting to see what the Athletics department comes up with

Could be an advantageous lighting configuration against passing teams. I'm pretty sure there might be a rule against that though. I have seen some teams altering the lighting pre-snap though which could affect signals with some HUNH teams. I need to do more research on the rules governing lighting configurations. Solely from a hypothetical standpoint.

Ohhhhh, so we can be BETTER than Syracuse's Stadium? They always say their stadium is soooo intimidating because it's sooooo caliente in there. hahaha.

the lights now have features where they can turn off, strobe, or twinkle.
So yes, the pictures are accurate.

With the new LED upgrades to Death Valley, they will be able to turn off the stadium lights just like the do at Bama, UGA, Willy B, etc

LED allowing them to quickly turn them on and off for effect. It will be orange at times. Other stadiums are doing this already.
