I only got 1 of my 2 passes as well. The tracking number I was emailed was for the pass that I received. I guess I will call them on Monday. Very frustrating!!

Hey guys ... i wanted to shed some things about the parking passes situation this year that maybe yall know or dont...i am a fike donor and have always received 3 parking passes, two premium in lot 5 side by side and 1 off in seneca somewhere...this year i was supposed to just receive 2 premium and they cut the 3rd one out, which i coukd care less iah. I requested my two side by side in lot 5 but fully relaized that with the renovations that may not be possible, so requested 2 side by side even if they were in a lower values lot. Well, when parking passes were forst assigned, I was assigned a pass in lot 5 but was only assigned one pass total. I called Iptay and they had done this to several donors that were supposed to receive 2 premium passes, they only gave them one pass total...so basically they have had to back track and rectify those situations which im sure had a residual affect on many parking spaces...right now i have a lot 5 pass and a motor home pass but i dont have a motor home so not sure if i can just park my car there or what...but this situation with many passes is probably the extra delay this year i woukd imagine!!

Called them. They basically said go away #######.
I must be kidding? Nope
BTW I've been around a long time, my donation (both cutrent and cumulative) and points are substantial.

Didn't mean to suggest they gave me no spot at all. It's just a really long way from the stadium and not in any of the lots listed for my donation level.
