Shaq Smith definitely saw snaps besides special teams, no? And Chad Smith didn’t play at all? Are we redshirting KJ Henry??

Both of the Smiths in the LB corps were listed as special teams-only participants by Clemson.

Coaches haven’t said it so far that I’ve heard, but I would suspect any freshman with three or more games played in five to likely not redshirt. Probable depth for later in the year. But they still have that redshirt option if they feel the depth is good enough.

Jeff Scott just said Monday it was a coaches' decision. Was still listed as a co-backup to Tee Higgins in Monday's depth chart.
