Anyone notice how the LSU running backs constantly cut back............knowing our defense was over-pursuing?
Anyone notice how LSU always had a linebacker WAIT......then go get Cade as he almost always runs to his right when under pressure?

Yeah most right handed QBs throw better running left.

I have to disagree. It’s very difficult for a right handed player to throw rolling to his left. To get anything beyond the LOS, he has to throw against his body. Difficult to say the least.

They are less accurate when throwing against their bodies.

The reason for it is if you roll to your dominant side you can step into your throws which improves accuracy. Running opposite forces you many times to throw off your back foot which is less accurate.

LSU’s running backs may have cut back but LSU’s running game did not beat us. The defense played a good game. Our Offense lost this game. Just like Dabo said, “The defense played well enough to win.” Our offense is another story. Poor play calling and coaching on the offensive side all night long.

It’s very simple. Very…… Clemson offense will be outcoached in every single game they play this year. There isn’t a more inept disconnected offensive staff in football than what resides in Clemson, South Carolina…… we may have jimmys and joes over the teams we play but we will never out coach an opposing defensive staff

And that's the best our D has looked in years vs an elite offense. I have absolutely 0 issue with anything done on that side of the ball Saturday night. They'll keep us in every game we play.

Very little pressure on Nussmyer or however you spell his name. Going against an inexperienced offensive line we should have been in his face all night. Poor tackling in spots. But did hold them to 17/24 points depending how you feel on the TD call.

Go watch again, they couldn't protect against our DL

They negated it with quick passes and qb rolls. Our DL was getting by them on every pass play.
They had some very clever misdirection plays and cutbacks on outside zone when our backside over pursued.
If I had a way to bet it, I'd put money that this will be LSU's low point total of the season.

blitz, make Cade panic and run right, flood the right side with defenders. Worked to perfection.

Which is better? Take a sack and 10 yd loss with poise or run for your life and sling it OB for no gain. I'm guessing you armchair morons would opt for #1.
