With Syracuse getting mopped up, is A&M the only ranked team we'll play til the playoffs? Gonna be hard to get primetime games during the regular season if this trend continues....and believe it or not that's something recruits want to play in.

I'm getting SUPER worried. There's no way we can play a relatively weak regular season schedule and be dominant in the playoffs. No way. Not happening.
The last time that happened was almost 8 months ago.

I never said there's no way our schedule means we can't win an NC or play well against great teams. I said this will effect the amount to it primetime national games we play in, which recruits actually like to play in. Nice of you to read my post and come away with something I never even said.

Recruits care more about having the chance to compete for and win championships than they do the regular season schedule. For evidence, just look at our #1 ranked 2020 recruiting class.
Good try though.

This will be our first #1 class ever, we're usually recruiting in the 10-15 range. So your comment really holds no weight

According to 24/7 team talent, we have the 6th best roster in the country. Even though our average class is closer to 10th, the only reason it's not closer to 5th is because of the small classes we generally take. By average recruit it is 6th.
Are you suggesting that having the 6th best talent in terms of recruiting and winning 55 games and 2 championships in four years is something to be concerned about?

Good that means we have no excuse but to win them all . Heck TAM will lose 4-5 games this year also .
