No. Our LBs are a problem. More in particular, Ben Boulware.

This I agree with...I love the guy's energy but he is constantly out of position and it usually results in a huge play.

A real big problem. A win is a win but we haven't looked all the great against some crappy teams the past few weeks.
If we turn it over like that against unc/bama/Iowa, etc...we will get beat pretty bad.
Our defense needs a dog cussing in. A bad way. If Orth hasn't missed a few throws there is no telling where it would have gone.
A win is a win though. I'm enjoying it bc this doesn't happen very often.

Agreed. They've been getting gashed right up the middle over and over for weeks now. Only good game they've played defensively in the last 5 games is the last 59 minutes of the Florida State game.

Nice...I mistakenly thought this was a football board where folks could discuss actual football related topics...good and bad. Didn't know it was a homer board where we are only allowed to discussed sunshine and rainbows. I love Clemson as much as anyone, but our D is hot garbage right now...most notably our LB's (mostly Ben). He needs to watch more film or something. We were just taken deep into the 4th quarter by a team that just lost to the Citadel with an average (at best) QB and only one real offensive weapon. A good D would have allowed no more than 10 points.

A wins a win, but if the blown assignments by the lb's and safeties are not fixed, it will be back to the peach bowl for us. If boulware is hurt, bench him. A healthy jalen williams is better than any injured player. If jayron has fallen asleep back there, let johnson or green have a crack at it for series or two. See if that wakes his sloppy tail up! We better get hungry fast on defense, or the ride stops here...imo
