lawsuit. Just because she was participating in the Jan 6 riot, trying to climb through a window into the Speaker's Lobby, which leads to the House floor, ignoring multiple orders from law enforcement to get back.
The officer who shot her has been cleared of any wrong doing.

It's wild. I have a good friend who I grew up with in California. He went to UVA. Extremely smart, but he is gone now. He thought the world was ending a few years back. He was all excited about Jesus returning etc etc. He believes a lot of NJDEV junk. He is so gone now.

How exactly is she a traitor? Who did she betray by crawling through a window building? She served 12 years in our military. She was deployed 8 times in war zones.
She was unarmed and didn’t attack anyone.
She was definitely misguided and wrong for trespassing but it’s a little over the top to call her a traitor.
I still don’t see how her shooting was justified. Just for refusing to follow commands.
George Floyd committed a crime, refused commands and resisted arrest. Cities burned because he was killed by a police officer but it’s completely justified that an unarmed Babbit was shot and killed?

threatening to kill legislators. If you try to breach an area to get to where the legislators are, you’re liable to get shot. You say she was unarmed, but she had a backpack on and the officer didn’t know what was in it. The officer had a gun pointed right at that window and yelled at them not go through it. She chose to anyway. That’s Darwinism at its finest, and I’m ok with the officer’s decision given the situation. Attacking the Capitol to overturn a free and fair election, to install someone not elected by the people, is a traitorous act. She’s a traitor.

They weren't going to wrestle with that mob in that situation and be overwhelmed. That was the end. More should have been shot.

They were warned not to come through that window and further and they kept coming though. It's a simple case.. She deserved to get shot. She probably deserved to get shot earlier in the day, but definitely right there feet from the Senate floor. This shouldn't be complicated to understand.

She should have been shot and the only reason some others weren't #### is because they would have had to do something as nuts as what you mention. If anyone ever deserved to be shot though, it was her. She got exactly what she deserved. The only thing I feel bad for her about is that she was duped and lost her mind. Her family said she was mentally ill and had changed due to nutty conspiratorial beliefs she had fallen for due to the internet. Anyway, she got what she deserved.
