If he should choose other than the Tigers, I will be very busy next week chasing the Gloomers and Doomers back into the swamps. They only get excited when we get bad news.

There will obviously be a few, but it says he is 2026. For me he plays baseball and football and I am not that worried about him for 2026, although of course I would be happy to land him.

Why is everybody getting excited over this guy? Last time we had a baseball player/QB, Parker was stinking the join up. The QB recruiting is horrible now and this is going to be a long season folks. Just calling it like I see it. Mediocrity is back upon us unfortunately. Don’t fool yourself thinking if they make the playoffs, they will be a contender. They will be just one of the few teams that get in off of attrition, no QB equals not a good team sorry. Klubnik has to go. He’s not a D1 QB

It's odd that so many people will freak out about 2026 at this stage. You are probably correct, but for all we know he ends up more of a baseball player? Who knows? I hope we get him though, because it will at the least get the ball rolling for 2026.

Then those Sooners and gloomers will complain that he’s a 3 star if he does commit and how Clemson used to regularly land 5 stars at the position.

5 star qb doesn’t guarantee you anything but 50% chance of being elite I’ll take every time. Both Trevor and Deshaun were elite competitors. That wins you those close games during the season. Is it possible to get lucky and hit the jackpot with a 3 or 4 star, yes. But it’s a lot easier to get lucky with a 5. No doubt a 5 is far more desirable

This kid looks good to me and I hope we get him. If I remember correctly, TL16 was a true 5 star # 1 at his position and certainly played like it. DW4 was a four star and turned out to be awesome. Hunter Johnson 5 star #1 at his position-bust. DJ 5 star # 1 at his position. - bust?? Or at least a disappointment. Cade 5 star and the ending of the story hasn’t been written yet. We’ll see but he’s got to get A Lot better (especially decision making) to be considered as living up to the hype. CV is a bust so far.
So all in all, I’m not sure that star ratings matter that much.

Was vizzina ever a 5? I think he was a four from the jump. Klubnick was a 4 until the last leg of the rankings where they only had one 5 star QB in rivals (Ewers) and so they added him late I think to boost their marketing and b/c he won a Texas State Championship. He's shown to be a generous 4 since playing. Hunter j was a def bust (he just malfunctioned at the college level), DJ just didn't have it between the ears to be a 5 but had all the tools and potential so i understand their reasoning. When he signed I thought he would be the first Heisman in Clemson history as a make for the snubs of DW4 and Trevor not getting it. Just lacked that "it" factor. We was the Clemson version of Logan Thomas.

he's the first QB prospect that runs and passes like HS DW4
TL16 was way better in HS but Reynolds clocks in as #3 talent i've seen on the boards in the last 10years
he's a playmaker with extreme against the world confidence
