I think at least 1 of Leigh or Tate play Sat, hopefully both. However, if only one can, how do you line up? If it's Leigh, it's obviously Sewell at LG and Miller flops back to RT and Parks back to RG. If it's Tate, do you slide him to LT against their best pass rusher and start Mason Wade, who they've been milking games with to preserve the redshirt, at LG or RG? Or keep Miller there, and keep Parks out of position against their other standout rusher at RT?
I think Wade plays as the 6th man regardless. Coaches love him, but a tough situation to get alot of PT.

We all attempt to read between the lines every time Dabo makes a statement about the health of players.
I interpreted Dabo’s comments as implying that Tate was more of a ‘fully ready’ than Leigh. If I got that right, and Leigh isn’t at full speed as of Saturday A.M., then I’m predicting that the Miller at LT and Parks at RT will be the alignment again. Even in this hypothetical OL alignment, having Tate back at LG to bolster the left side of the OL will be very helpful.

and shipped it overseas. He was owned that whole game by guys less-heralded than what SC will bring with them. My one hope is that Luke is the type of guy that can take that game tape and fix him in 5 days. I’m just not as confident as I would like yet.

It makes no difference. Teams have been triple teaming, Stewart and Darnell or whatever his name is all season. Those two guys are incredible. This line is not going to slow them down and everybody on this board knows it.

Going to need a tight end to help on 5. I have not really seen anyone be able to slow him down.

Good morning and Happy Thanksgiving ! I’ve seen some teams slide protection to his side but then have to deal with the other DE who is pretty good in his own right. Some teams have use TEs to block him with little success. If we choose to do this I worry about Bringstol (sp) holding up. Patt-Henry would be a better option. Some teams have used a back to chip him and then release into a route. More successful using this. I like the idea of running the ball at the DEs. They like to rush the passer better than playing the run.
South Carolina also rotates up to 8-9 DL. If we could go tempo, this may allow us to dictate which personnel groups are on the field. Just a few thoughts. Enjoy your e🙏🏻🙏🏻

Leigh is a go.
All I can say is thank God Dabo brought Matt Luke into the program......if anybody can get these guys ready for Saturday it's him.
I also think Henry at TE is a better blocking option that Brinny.
