Not every lowlife in the area is there when I go. I have their Amex card. Last year I got $80 back from it. $50 membership so net of only $30 but still not bad.

we've had Sam's memby's for the past 10 years or so, but it expired @ the end of March, so it's decision time again...I like what I hear about Kirkland 'brand' stuff....however, I'd have to be on woodruff rd for a longer distance to get to Costco.....

brands for more products. CostCo has lance crackers though, that is what I mostly buy at CostCo. I should really let my membership expire and find a better rewards credit card.

Vodka is grey goose and tequila is excellent. We don't drink brown booze.
I would never buy clothes at SAMs but have a few Kirkland dress shirts and a couple hilfigger sweaters from costco. Samples are always better and more plentiful at costco.
That said, we have a business membership at SAMs and they have better meatballs. I don't fit the profile to shop at our local SAMs as I don't fit their preferred Hispanic demographic.
I prefer our costco executive membership which costs about $15 net after our rebate.

lubricants than Sam's. Sam's lubricants taste like rubbing alcohol and really wear off after a few minutes. Costco's do not, so it is preferred for a good ######## sess.
Butt 4 SRS, we have friends who bought ALL their furniture at Costco and it LOOKS like it is holding up (and looks decent). Better than IKEA.

Drive up 385 to Roper Mountain Road exit to Woodruff Rd. that way,
or,
Exit from I-85 at Laurens Road and drive on Verdae, making a right onto Woodruff Rd.
We quit going to Sam's not only because it isn't as good as Costco, but is harder to get to for us, coming from downtown.

I live 2 miles from a mini-woodruff rd, and Target, 3 grocery stores, 30 fooderies (mostly of the sammich or fast food variety) several gas stations etc...however, if I want Sams/Costco, Best Buy or REI, etc...it's woodruff rd

Last time I went to Costco's was the day Payne Stewart died in the plane crash. I remember hearing that just before getting out of the car in the parking lot. Been longer than that since I have been to Sam's.

If you haven't figured it out by now, definitely go with Costco. We go about once or twice a month to stock up on stuff and we're only a family of two. We tend to get a lot of our fresh fruit and vegetables from there (good quality and prices are dirt cheap compared to Harris Teeter). I have the AmEx and I put most of my charges on there. Was able to get around $300 cash back last year.
