NIL is what it is but that in no way means the teams that spend the most win the most. There is talent all over college football and in just one game, Georgia Tech made FSU boosters question the wisdom of writing their big checks. Will that day come for Ohio State, time will tell.

Can’t blame Ohio State. This is what football has become. No one likes it. Except the players. What did Ok St’s coach say? That player’s agents were calling them looking to renegotiate NIL during the season. Ohio State has a great roster. After losing 3 times in a row to those cheatin sons of guns up north, the boosters are coming strong. Unfortunately , if you don’t pay the good players, someone else will. Can’t really blame the players for going somewhere else if they can make a significant amount more. Any guesses on what Clemson’s NIL numbers look like?

I wanted to post something similar so thanks. That’s exactly why I won’t center my week around games. I saw 10 minutes of the FSU game Saturday. Worked on my cargo trailer most of the day. Another ESPN article was about a mom suingNC over NIL. Pointed both of those out to my wife over dinner and said this is why I don’t care near as much about football anymore.

Yep some on here will mention I am antiquated in my thinking and I would agree, but if you are for pay for play should there not be caps and some guard rails?

Next year someone else will pay 25 mill and it will keep going.

That plain sucks to be honest. It is almost impossible to compete with that kind of Money. Still believe that if that's the case I love Dabo's way even more. To me he's probably the only one doing it the right way. Most fans probably disagree with me and thats fine.
