Very disappointed that BB after the first half “didn’t see it coming”! It was obvious that the tempo of the game favored BC. We were playing right into their hands. When shooting goes cold, pick up the tempo on the defensive end, trap or press to change what they are doing and push the ball up the floor on the offensive end. If there is no quick short range opportunity then work it inside. What did we do… played at a slow pace, kept throwing up 3 pointers, and never challenged them with pressure defensively in the back court or even at half court. That change in tempo on both ends would have overcome our poor shooting percentage which cost us the game. At lest it would have been an attempt to change momentum in the game.

Tough loss on the road. we out rebounded them, but they shot 40% to our 30% and had 6 less turnovers. we did make all our FT's. Hard to win on the road shooting 30%, but hopefully we got it out our system and will bounce back.
