Noticeable differences last night

1. Cade was so confident. Clam in the pocket. No happy feet. Laser focused. 2. Offensive line has improved greatly. It was noticeable against Georgia too 3. Our biggest problem I feel was solved last night. We finally got dudes at receiver. It was clear last night that receivers were getting open and they weren’t the same ones we’ve been playing.
Went back and watched the highlights. Cade needed help, and he got it. Protection has improved his confidence to let it loose. And secondly, Wesco, Moore, Williams, and Brown get off speed is the best of the receivers. They are able to get separation. Nothing against Randall, and stellato but I don’t see how you start them from here on out. TJ Moore still has work to do, but he is right there with Wesco as being natural at WR.

Yes. Went back and watched the highlights. Though he could have thrown it slightly earlier, my eyes lied to me in the moment. He faked the screen. I admit I was wrong

There were a few throws that he got off later than he could have, but got away with them. But overall - a HUGE improvement

Come back to earth. We played Georgia, the #1 team, and then a team that just a few years ago was an FCS team. Last night was crazy fun but App St. has some talent but let's get a couple more wins before we get too excited.

I say enjoy the blowout win and be positive. Sure, App St is not UGA, but they have a solid history of knocking off ranked teams and are expected to be strong again this year. The difference we saw last night was more than the level of talent we faced.

Excitement is not about beating App St it's about playcalling getting playmaker the ball for the first time in forever. That looked like a well thought out aggressive offensive gameplan and not just we'll play it safe and lean on the defense and the run game.

Funny nobody mentions Cole Turner along with Wesco and Moore as having speed. Not only does he have speed he also high points contested catches like receivers around here used to do. A nice complementary piece.
