I was thinking the same thing , I love Dabo the coach, but a 20,000 square-foot house to me is absurd . I have a wealthy friend who has a 6000 square-foot house for a family of four , and they use maybe half of it . My house is 1/8 the size of Dabo's future house, and we are happy as clams in it

I have a 2000 square ft house, and it's more than enough for me and the wife but, if I would have won the lottery, I would have a 10 to 15 thousand ft home with all the luxuries bc I could have it.

A great run by Dabo and our Tigers, and love the man, but if every success will lead to upward revision of the contract (even before the ink has hardly dried on signatures of the last revision), my questions are:
1) how will we be asked to upgrade again in spring of 2018 as a Natty this year is a real possibility?
2) and when we have a down year, and Dabo himself says it is just a few plays from the penthouse to the outhouse, will that automatically trigger a downward revision in the contract?

middle finger. Bama strung Dabo out for about a year according to what Dabo told Finebaum after the Bama/Clemson first national championship game.
On three separate occasions Bama either led Dabo to believe or outright promised him a job then screwed him over. It was nearly as bad as a man leaving a bride-to-be standing in the lurch waiting on his arrival for her wedding. It wasn't quite that bad but nearly as much a heart break.
So yeah, David, this was all about letting Bama fans know that the best coach in college football is beyond their reach. In 40 years of doing construction contracting nothing satisfied me as much as saying no with a number to bosses I just didn't like and want to work with. It's truly a gentleman's middle finger.
