It's slimy in my opinion, but I'm certain Biden's pardons are within the rule of law. Fortunately, it is not possible for a President to pardon anyone including his family for future crimes, so stay tuned to Team Biden going forward.
Biden exercised the vast pardon power any President is permitted to grant with 15 minutes to spare as if history will forget this. Legal isn't always right or ethical and in my opinion these family preemptive pardons were not ethical.
All of the individuals granted preemptive pardons today however may have to appear before Congress if any investigations are held and will NOT be able to take the 5th since they can't incriminate themselves any longer.
If caught in a lie, they could be charged with perjury.
My hope is that Trump and the Pubs will take the L on all of this and move on to the real issues that need addressing rather than relitigating the past. They can leave that to hopefully some honest and curious historians.

Just remember that if Trump had tried this in 2020 the kooks would have had a meltdown but when Biden does it, it's because Trumps a dictator who is gonna throw people in prison for made up crimes. Talk about being in a cult.

That proof has already been submitted. You mean Garland didn't act on it?

FKKKNNN SHOCKER....
Read this book and then come back a bit more educated. Also, note that the footnotes and citations in this book were so accurate that the Biden team had to drop their lawsuit for lible.

15 minutes left in office

and Joe issues blanket pardons for Team Biden.
Regardless of trying to bury this with all that is going on today, this stench will last as part of the legacy of Joe Biden.
If this was such an above board move, Joe has had since Nov. 5th to make this move, but decided to let us all in on this as he exited the White House.

My question too. Why 15 minutes before he’s done? He’s had lots of time. I’m guessing to avoid the backlash he would have received. In other words, he’s a coward.
