No reason why the coot game couldn’t have been played yesterday.

It was beautiful in Clemson yesterday, almost 70 degrees. They’ve known the weather was going to be bad for today for over a week. What’s the point in playing May 11th?

The coots, once again, avoids playing in Clemson. Football, basketball, and now baseball. Some, like today, could not be avoided. Others, very sketchy.

Coach LeCroy was on the Plyler show yesterday and said there were talks about moving the game to Thursday but the "two sides couldn't agree on the move".
I'm guessing the coots threw some good bullpen guys on Tuesday to get some work and they didn't want them on short rest for a Thursday game.

It makes more sense to me to play them late in the year anyway. Maybe the other two will be rescheduled. A game that sells out every single game should be played three at home and three away every year. Then maybe one series early and one late. With just one three game series, it makes more sense to play late. We play them the last game of the regular season in football. It just makes common sense.

How they have the whole game series set up makes no sense to me. I’ve never liked the one game in Clemson, one at Fluor Field, or now the Firefly Stadium, and one in Cootlumbia. And in February. If they were going to postpone one game until May 11, they should’ve postponed all 3 games. I’m sure the coots will make sure the game is played on their home field Sunday, though. Would’ve been much easier to have the game yesterday, but once again, the Dirtpeckers dictate sh##!

Contract with who? Honest question. Other teams on the schedules, what? Coastal Carolina and BYU can make a nationally televised football game happen in 48 hours, but for some reason 2 baseball teams that are 2 hours apart can’t. Like I said, everyone knew the game today wasn’t going to happen, but for some reason they can’t make it happen one day earlier? Poor planning.
